Any Hazardous Materials / Dangerous Goods that are subjected to regulations by the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), or the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations, Title 49, are prohibited.

It is the shipper's responsibility to comply with current government regulations or laws applicable in each country. Shipments are subject to inspection and possible delay by customs officials or representatives of other government agencies. To ensure safety and comply with international regulations, Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods, including all "Other Regulated Materials" (ORM), are prohibited in GLOBAL EXPRESS services
